If you have a Costco® membership, simply send a clear photo of your membership card.
We will securely use the original barcode to link your purchases to your personal Costco® account (cashback, warranty & returns).
This is requested only once.
2. We Shop for You
We shop personally at Costco® Brossard, Candiac, or Saint-Bruno, with care and precision.
If an item is unavailable, we message you in real time to confirm substitutions.
3. Delivered to Your Door
Your order is delivered safely to your home.
You receive the original Costco® receipt.
If your membership was used, the purchase is fully linked to your Costco® account.
Digital Gold Card — Exclusive Elite Cart Feature
When you share a photo of your Costco® membership card on your first order,
Elite Cart creates a secure Digital Gold Card for you.
This allows us to:
• Use your official Costco® barcode exactly as issued
• Speed up checkout at every visit
• Ensure all purchases are registered under your personal Costco® account
Your Digital Gold Card is saved securely and reused for future orders, so you never need to send your card again.
• Your order is delivered in person whenever possible.
• You can review items on the spot and receive the original Costco® receipt.
Returns & Responsibility:
• If your personal Costco® membership is used, purchases are registered directly under your account.
Returns follow Costco’s official policy and can be handled directly by you, or with our assistance as an added service.
• If Elite Cart’s membership is used, returns are available only on-the-spot at delivery
for non-food items. Once delivery is completed (especially door-drop delivery),
Elite Cart cannot process returns or refunds.
Fresh Items:
• Food, produce, meat, and perishable items are non-returnable,
unless a clear defect is identified at the time of delivery.
For this reason, customer presence at delivery is strongly preferred.

You pay for professional service, time, and convenience — never hidden markups.

NEW: Quick Drop (Within 2 km) — Small Orders
Perfect for nearby customers who need just a few essentials.
• Eligible when you are within 2 km of Costco Brossard
• Best for small orders (up to 10 items).
Quick Drop Fee (Total Service Fee: Delivery + Shopping)
• $15 total for up to 2 items
• +$1 per additional item (e.g., 3 items = $16; 10 items = $23)
• Heavy/bulky items or stairs without an elevator may require an additional handling fee.
If delivery is beyond 2 km OR the order exceeds 10 items, Standard Service pricing applies (see below).
Standard Service (Current Model)
Delivery Fee
• $15 flat delivery fee within Brossard.
• For locations outside Brossard, an additional $2 per km.
Shopping Fee (based on number of items)
• 1–15 items: $15
• 16–35 items: $25
• 36+ items: starting from $35 (final fee confirmed before shopping)
Additional Handling
• Heavy items (water cases, bulky products) or stairs without an elevator may require an additional handling fee.

• No price markup on Costco® products.
• You pay exactly what appears on the official Costco® receipt.
• Service fees may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment options: Interac e-Transfer (recommended) or Credit/Debit via Stripe.
• If you choose Stripe (card), a processing fee charged by Stripe may apply (starts at 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge).
• Interac e-Transfer helps you avoid card processing fees.
• Using your own Costco membership does not change the Elite Cart service fees.
• Pricing is based on distance to the nearest Costco location (Brossard, Candiac, or Saint-Bruno).

How it works:
1) You send your list / cart screenshots on WhatsApp.
2) We confirm the service fee + delivery fee before shopping.
3) You pay via Interac or Stripe.
4) After shopping, you receive the Costco® receipt + final total.
5) Any difference is adjusted (Interac refund or Stripe adjustment timing depends on the bank/card issuer).

2. How do you guarantee product quality?
We hand-pick every item carefully, checking freshness and expiry dates. If anything does not meet our standards, we contact you before purchasing.
3. What happens if an item is unavailable?
We message you in real time on WhatsApp with options to replace, skip, or refund the item. You always decide.
4. How does payment work?
You choose Interac e-Transfer (recommended) or Credit/Debit via Stripe.
• Interac e-Transfer: no card fees, and any extra amount is refunded quickly after the real Costco® receipt is issued (before delivery).
• Stripe (card): a processing fee applies (starts at 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge).
